Private Flyers International Limited preliminary-report accident SEA/2019/11/19/D

Accident Investigation Bureau (AIB) was notified of the serious incident by the operator
on 5th December, 2019. Investigators were subsequently deployed to the incident site and commenced post incident assessments, under the provisions of Civil Aviation (Investigation of Air Accidents and Incidents) Regulations 2019 and ICAO Annex 13. The purpose of this preliminary report is to provide details of the initial facts, discussions and findings surrounding the occurrence; it includes information gathered from the witness statements and a post occurrence inspection of the wreckage at the scene. The investigation is ongoing.
